I'm not even really sure how these things work. I have read quite a bit about them, but it's still not clear to me. So I don't even know if this question is completely off the mark.

But when I bought my Protank 2, I got burned because the two coils that came with it didn't last very long. And all the sudden I figured out I need more coils and I had to wait a few days for new ones to come in the mail while I had nothing to vape and had to go back to analogs.

So now that I'm buying these Kanger replacement heads to get the coils on them, I'm wondering if I can also use them in any dripping atomizer on the market? I know the Kanger heads work across many of their tanks. I currently have two Protank 2's and an EVOD which the heads all work in. So it would be convenient to use them also in my dripping atomizer.

Am I on the right track? Are there any dripping atomizers that use Kanger replacement heads?

This is essentially my question too. I want a dripping atty which isn't disposable and wouldn't require me making coils. I've seen pre-wrapped coils but I don't know how tricky(or safe) it'd be for a newb to install one.
This leads to the question are there any dripping attys that use pre-built replaceable coil heads? The brand of coil heads is a minor issue for me, as long as they're readily available and reasonably priced.
There's a decent chance I'll go rebuildable, but that may be some time from now.
Any info appreciated! :)
