Time for another update on V8P Bar. I've been enjoying the KFL+ and finally got my wire order in, trying some different builds. Cross-posting this one from the micro-coil thread elsewhere.

I'm liking this one. 0.6 x 0.1 Kanthal flat wire, about 5 wraps, measures 1.4Ω. Best on the Provari to date. Next I'll do the same wire with a 6-7 wrap build to get it more into the sweet spot on my v2 Provari.

When I put it together, that peach juice from V8P was sitting right in front of me, so I decided to prime and fill with it. It's been sitting for a few weeks now. The chemical taste is nearly gone and the flavor is much more true to the sample I tried at the store. Still not fond of higher precent PG, but this isn't too bad. About what I expected in the first place. So it was either in need of sitting a while (steeping I suppose) or some manufacturing crap that I failed to clean out before the first fill. Either way, the stuff I poured back in the bottle did not taint the rest of it as well. So two for two!

Either way, I'll defintely return another day and probably re-order this one in 50/50 or try some others. Now that he's updated his sample kit with something better than the cheap clearos, even more likely to sample again.

Theres a little shop in Duluth, good beginner gear, not much more. I tend to order gear of the internet, and juice typically from Heathers Heavenly Vapes if I have a second to go down there, otherwise ill order from them on the net, and always got some vapor chef floating around!

FYI everyone. A new vape shop just opened on sugarloaf at 316 in the publix shopping center. Only way I know is I go to the subway next to them for lunch lol. But if you are curious about volcano juices he will stock them along with Halo and nicquid. Not interested in those but I am about the volcano. But it'll take a very good juice to pry my pipe sauce out of my hand lol

Halo makes some pretty good juice though.

I'm planning a trip down there to see how good it is. I am really enjoying the Nicoticket and Halo juice I have, but it would be nice to actually try some local juice!

Took me forever to get my kayfun to where I could get a decent vape. After messing with it for several weeks I found out the problem was in the base. Looks to be a factory defect but since I got it from Ebay, time had run out to complain. Had to swap the base from a kayfun that I got from Fasttech and now it's working great.

Anyway, got some vape mail today. I had ordered a few kanger airflow control valves from MyVaporStore (can't resist a sale) and thought I would try a Igo-T out. It is so cute and unbelievably easy and fast to set up.
I did a 10 wrap (30ga) micro coil (1.7ohm) filled with cotton and doused with DIY Almond Joy and the flavor is fantastic. The small chamber and small dual airflow holes are just perfect for testing my juices. Why didn't someone tell me about this before?

I'm in Suwanee, but not sure what is around here.

Hi James,
I've got the Vapors is the closest shop I know of; it's off of Lawrenceville-Suwanee near 85.
Steam Cigs in Lawrenceville is my personal favorite; it's near the intersection of 20 & 316.
Awesome Vapor, Rock and Roll Vapor, and North Georgia Vapor are all in Cumming.
V8P Bar is on Jimmy Carter, just a few blocks north of 85.

Lol. The trend seems to go from big and complicated to small and easy, and then right back again. Cartos are going to be back in style at the end of February, but that will only last 'till the middle of march, and we'll be back on CE4's again :)

Kidding aside, my Igo-S and the Igo-W are great things to have. I return to them whenever the device-of-the-day starts giving me problems. They're so easy to build :)

Any chance you're coming out for the Thursday night BS session? I've been slammed (still am), but need to make it a point to get out once in a while. That, and my wife just picked another dripper, and she really needs to learn coil building. I'm not the guy to teach her, so a session at Steam Cigs is definitely in her future.

I have become very guilty of jumping into the latest trends. I got those new Kanger Airflow Control Valves that everyone was so excited about. Put one on my Protank II and it didn't seem to make much difference. I have never had any problems with my pro tanks anyway, but I just had to try the ACV out. I should stop ordering stuff but I am weak and I just love getting new vape mail.

Didn't come to the last session because we had ice/snow covering our neck of the woods. I was born and raised in GA, I don't get on these roads under those circumstances unless it's a necessity.

I think your wife would find building coils fun. Chris (SteamCigs) taught me how to build my first coil. He is a fantastic teacher. Every time I build a new one, I admire it for a while watching the hot glowing gold in the middle of the coil spread to each side. Then, I am like a little kid and have to hunt down my poor husband to show him my work of art. He stops what he is doing and patiently watches me as I demonstrate (several times) just how great my coil has turned out. So beware, you might create a coil junkie when she starts building her own, you might not get the reprieve you expect.

Anyone been to the gainesville b&m yet? If so whats the selection like? Live in habersham and have been comtemplating on making a trip.

I was by there last week. His inventory was pretty decent then and he was expecting more in for his grand opening this past Sunday. He carries the usual Innokin products SVD, VTR, MVP along with the ego's. Sounds like he is going to expand his offerings considerably in the near future. It's so new, I forget it's there even though I drive past it every few days. It is well worth the time to check it out.

You guys ever try nicoticket?

I had to Google nicoticket. I read a few of their reviews and they sound very nice. More than a few of us mix our own juices, but we like getting ideas from anywhere we can. I will check them out, thanks.
