Any idea why this keeps happening?

I have tried every single blue foam mod out there for my 810 and while I get great flavor and lots of vapor no matter how slow or soft I pull liquid gets in my mouth, liquid im using is 50/50 pg/vg. I would love to solve this problem as BF gives me best result other than leaking....

cut a piece almost twice as long as the cart chamber (that holds the liquid) grab it in the middle with a pair of tweezers and push it into the cart, to make it fold in two. That should solve your problem as I had the same issue when I first switched. You won't lose much liquid space, either. experiment with different widths of filler to see what works best for you, but folding it in half should solve the issue.

i stole the o ring out of a a cartomizer popped the top off my cartridge and crammed the thing in now I got double protection from that pesky juice in the mouth. I wish the carts came with a plastic o ring.

Thanks for your reply.....I will try this....did you do it with blue foam???

Edit: I just tried your method and so far its working good except I'm not getting too much flavor out of it....ugh....so frustrating lol....

yes I used the blue (well, black) foam mod. I never noticed a loss of flavor, but maybe you can find a happy medium?

And also do you cut it as wide as the cart? Or wider so that it gets more compressed??

I cut most of them just a little wider, the same thickness as the cart, and almost twice as long as the filler chamber. With a brand new filler, I can fill the cart almost to the top, push the filler in and not have any overflow.
