I'm not going to try to sway you one way or another on how to spend your money or what to purchase. Just going to throw some ideas out there to consider before you buy something.
Have you tried other juice carrying devices? Trying a different delivery device is far cheaper than buying another battery device, and will likely have more of a chance to change the quality of your vaping experience. For example, trying a cartotank.

I want to get something a little more involved but i dont know exactly what to do.
A) go small step get an Itaste MVP simple design no changing batteries but more precise than my twist.
Because of it's built-in proprietary battery, how long is that battery supposed to last? Once the battery begins to drop off in performance or eventually dies, does that mean you have to throw the entire mod away? I think it does. It's essentially just a fancier eGo in a different form factor in that respect, IMO.
You said the MVP is more precise? How so?

B) inexpensive mech mod (eventually add a Kick) SUPER reliable but without the kick at the mercy of battery drop off (I say inexpensive because I dont wanna dump a ton of money on a beautiful mod just to find out its not right for me)
I believe it's always nice to have a quality backup PV, especially if it's a mechanical mod. They ARE dependable and reliable. Some of the larger-sized mech mods allow for the future addition of a KICK or an RBA. Not a bad choice.

C) inexpensive APV should i just go straight for an APV?
You said "inexpensive". Just realize you generally get what you pay for. Consider quality of parts and the durability factor. The inexpensive APV's are all made in China, with limited warranties and no after warranty repair service available. If your device should require repair, you'll be out of luck and just need to chuck it.
Consider just saving up and paying more for a Provari. It's built to be more dependable, consistant, and durable with military grade components. Comes with a 1 year warranty, and option to purchase another year on top of that. Even after the warranty expires, Provape will repair a Provari for as long as you own it for a reasonable cost. Offering this type of customer service is likely part of the reason of the initial high price of a Provari. So pay once, cry once, but never regret the decision to buy one.

D) go classic SB or Omega?
Both are well-built durable mods. Both are made in the USA by Altsmoke, so they will offer repair service even after warranty expiration.
The Silver Bullet has been one of the most popular mechanical mods since its introduction a few years ago. They are still popular today. I own a SB; it was my first mod. Since purchasing a Provari, though, it gets little use from me because I prefer using variable voltage in my day to day vaping. But, I have no regrets having purchasing it and consider it an extremely worthwhile backup in my collection.
It's easy to purchase an extension sleeve from Altsmoke and add a Kick. An excellent choice to use for using a low ohm coil on an RBA if you decide to venture into those later.
