I have ordered, and ordered and ordered......I really want to try this juice, but as of yet I still have not received anything (well except the paypal charge).
That was 10 days ago just wish it had been here by now, only a state away.......or at least maybe an e-mail as to why I have gotten nothing.
Linda, Sorry for delay in you receiving your order. It is our goal to ship any and all orders same or next day and we are successful at this 95% of the time. Unfortunately you ended up in that horrible 5% this time and we are very sorry. While excuses are not what you want to hear, our recent addition of new flavors and strengths, Customs (5-days) and the wrong street number on package (another day), made last week, one we all want to forget! I could have, should have and usually do, have excellent communication with my customers! My customer service is the most important thing! Again I'm very sorry for not informing you of your order status. I will let you know that your 3 orders have shipped. Part went out yesterday, Tuesday, (should have gone out Monday but 9 packages didn't make it to the truck somehow), and the completed order went today! Linda, we do value as a customer and appreciate your business! If there is ever a time when you are feeling .......well.... however, Please don't hesitate to call me or email me.
