I have the 3AA plastic box 5v regulated Luicy Juicy from Maximum Vapors, with a second one arriving any day now. I really like it, more actually than my two Phid Woodies (which I run using the green 5V NIMH
batteries) and my little Missy 3.7v Wetbox. The regulator in my Luicy Juicy is rock solid in providing 5 volts under load, with no voltage drop at all. I also own a 3AA plastic box evercool VV and a V1 Woodie evercool VV from MaximumVapors. They're both great as well.
The Max Box looks like it has all the bells and whistles---the brilliant bladder feed system that's easy to use and won't leak internally, 6-amp evercool VV regulator with an easy-adjust front panel dial (no screwdriver necessary), dual 14500s that will last all day, and a digital voltage display inside the box. The only thing I might not love about it is the extra width of the 4AA box, which for me would make it slightly less ergonomic in the hand.
