Any one know the iClear 30?

I mostly have used Carto's and I know every now and then you get a bad one. Can this happen with a iClear 30.
Brand New iClear 30 tank I filled it let it soak for a while, it was even a little flooded, and first hit taste burnt
I dumped the juice started over and still burnt.

Now is this done throw it away or do I try to wash and save it?

I have 3 filled right and never experienced that. What are the details of the rest of your kit; power, voltage, etc?

I always clean new delivery devices (except carto's) with PGA before use.
It removes any primer fluid / machine oils / Chinese factory nastiness and evaporates quickly.
May or may not help with your issuie but won't hurt anything.

Came with iTaste MVP 8 Watts 3.9 volts. I had a DCT tank I wanted to use up before I used the iClear that came with it. All I did was fill it up and check 2 ohms and tried to fire it.

It Smells bad too I had to put the head in a zip lock baggy cause I couldn't take the smell.

One of mine is on an MVP2. It's been flawless. Sounds like dry wick or defective unit to me.

Empty, wash, and dry. It should NOT have any smell.

It smells like when one of my Carto's burns up.

Could be factory oil. Mine came like that(fasttech). Had to wash and dry burn. Still a slight taste after several days. maybe try rinsing with vodka or everclear.

OMG I Luv you guys

Took it apart, wash it with a vinegar and water mix, and dry burn, And NO Smell and Taste ok Thank You GUYS

Glad to hear you got it working Masterchief68!!

I guess maybe I am paranoid, but I give all tanks a PGA soak before using them.
