I just order and received the Vision Nano 510 Bottom Coil Clearomizer from Health Cabin. Was looking online for some reviews but only found a couple minimal reviews with info.

I really like the size of these as they are extreemly small and perfect for a shirt pocket with a 650 twist Battery. After opening I filled the first one with juice and just let it sit for about an hour. There realy is not any instructions in the box but fairly simple to figure out the fill. After an hour I tried to vape on it but I am getting a little unpleasant flavor with the vapor. Not sure it I need to let it have more time to properly saturate.

Just thought I would throw this out and see if there are any other users that have experience with this little clearo. They are very cheap at $2 from health cabin.

Ok. Yeah sounds like it is a 510 version of the SI nano. I wonder if Vision makes their's too. The one I tried seems to work well. Just be sure to screw on the tip right after filling and it's pretty leak proof. No way to really take apart to clean and not safe to dry burn so pretty disposable. Not sure how many fills it can handle, filled mine a few times and still going strong. Good price point on them.

The one from S.I. I had only lasted me about 7 fills, but I'm willing to chalk it up to user error. I bought another yesterday to try again.

I like them. Easy to fill, good flavor and they look pretty neat compared to some other clearos. But my last one only lasted me about 2 days, which just isn't worth the money for me for regular use.

I bought some to use with a specific mod, the little Mad Vapes Gripper. With a regular carto you are always guessing how much juice is left but while I could use a clearo like a Stardust by using a long extension that kinda ruined the the ability to just drop this mod in a pocket. So when I saw the Vision Nano I ordered a couple. To work in the Gripper they do require a short extension but with that they fit perfectly.

Before filling mine the first time I did blow it out and blew out a good bit of what I assume was plain PG. I like them so far, been through a half dozen refills on one. Decent vapor production for a 3.7 non regulated device, great flavor. Haven't had dry hit issues at all.

I have been using these now for a day. I found that if you slide a carto condom over the battery end and pull pressure (suck with mouth) on the tip it pulls the juice up into the carto and helps prime better (thanks jermus). I agree a 70/30 juice wicks much better into these and a straight VG is not good at all. Overall I have filled one a 3 times and it has good vapor, one I put in my pocket and snapped the tube off at the base. The tube is a thin plastic and will break if you put too much pressure against it. Overall for $2 they apprear to be working well. Not sure if it would be a significant improvement over a simple Boge carto though.

I wouldn't normally trust one of these in a pocket but in the Gripper all that sticks out is the tip. I can unscrew it pull it out to check fluid levels, screw it back in and go in just a few seconds. if it needs topped off a few more seconds. Not an all day set up but one that is nice for shopping trips, movies, the theatre, etc.

This is the exact setup I was thinking of doing!!! This is so helpful as I'm trying to figure out whether it would work or not, thanks the for pics!!

I just have a few questions if you don't mind;

1. What length extension are you using? just a 510-510 or the 1" one?

2. Which battery are you using? I'm new to mods so I have no idea about this stuff but I read it could use 2 types?

3. Do you know if it's filler or wick inside? I've never used a carto before (eGo-T and Stardusts only) and I'm worried about burning them (I dry burn my eGo-T and Stardusts but I know you can't do that with cartos with filler)

Thanks again for the pics and I can't wait to get my set up started :)

edit: the guy from health cabin said he "thinks" it's wick inside, can anyone confirm this? maybe take apart one of their dead ones? Thanks!!

There are instructions for the nanos over at the altsmoke.com website. I recall seeing something about needing to be sure to replace the cap on them within a small period of time after filling. I supposed it's something to do with the air pressure. They are supposed to be the new and improved replacements for the CE3's, which when work are fabulous and the best flavor of any clearo. When they don't, you get the worst dry hits EVER that will wreck your tastebuds for days.

I've been teetering on ordering some myself because unlike the CE3's you don't need a syringe with needle to fill.

I am using the short sealed 510-510 extension, and a 18350 battery. My understanding is it uses a wick in the coil.

Thanks for the info... in regards to the battery, I noticed that there are 800mah and 1200mah but same size... why would anyone use the lower mah when you could get 50% more without sacrificing size?

Also, protected lithium-ion or unprotected lithium-maganese (apperently doesn't need to be protected?), button-top or flat-top (heard that the button-top might not fit right with positive first.

Sorry, I'm a newb for mods :S

Edit: That nano looks awfully enbeded into the unit, how are you removing it? can you hold and twist the middle pole?
