Hey guys and gals I was wondering if any one else made the change to get off cigs. I'm sure most of us did.
But I also chew (I know it's bad) only at work a few tins a week. My plan was to give up the smokes didn't mind chewing but I've found my self not chewing that much either. Went through not even a full tin at work this week.

to ecf Justin Vraith. So glad that you are here. I think it is the best place in the world to be. I know I did the little bandit packs for a good while but after reading about it and a bit of research, I think they scared me more than cigarettes.

I'm sure when you are ready, you will be successful with good gear, backups and some nice juice you just can't go wrong. Not to mention the wonderful people on ecf that are always there for you.

Here is a thread that I use to check before I started doing DIY. Some really good deals can be found here. You may already know about it but I thought I'd include it so if someone else is reading this that doesn't.

Good luck to you and I look forward to reading more about your journey. Have fun and happy vaping.

I'm saving money now that I don't spend $50 per week on smoking anymore.

I smoked half a pack a day at my heaviest time... I did some rough estimating on how much I've spent since August 2013... Everything from egos to APVs, juice and rebuild supplies... Came out to about $6 a day... True it's also a hobby at this point, but still... Now I'm paying pack a day prices! Lol started diy juice last October (2014) so that should cut down the cost quite a bit... Probably around $5 for 90mls of juice (educated guess, no real number crunching)... Still by a few bottles of premium $20-$30 for 30mls of juice every couple of months, cause they are good but I diy my all day vape.

Sorry for rambling.. It's been a long day...

I quit smoking a couple of years ago, but only started vaping a couple of months back (you never really quit). I always missed them horribly (even 4 odd years later) when I was having a coffee or drinking a few beers.

Now I can vape (indoors yay!) and do all the things I used to enjoy properly. I do however wonder if staying off the analog's and e cigs would of been a better choice. But hey, I am happier now than I was without, so, what's that saying? "Your here for a good time, not a long time".
