lol, it seems like everyone is pretty much shouting NO at the prospect, with a few "ehh maybe's" thrown in..

I hear you, I enjoy this new hobby of mine very much, too.

But personally, I do want to quit eventually.
I'm (relatively) young, and I just really don't see this particular hobby growing with me, as I age and move onto later stages of my life.

But then that sentiment might be due to my own perception of this relatively new "scene" that we got goin' on.

Your just inspired a question, how long is juice supposed to last if stored properly?

Yes, I absolutely intend to quit vaping. For me vaping is a hobby and an addiction as well.... so when I am ready I will quit. I don't like being addicted to anything. If the gov't sinks their teeth in and this becomes an even more expensive hobby that's another reason I would quit. I will not pay a hundred bucks for 30 mil of juice (as another post put it) or spend $150 on an ego twist so I am taking a wait and see attitude.

With that said I stash juice like a squirrel stashes nuts....and just bought a ProVari mini so... it will be a while. :)

I enjoyed smoking. I didn't really want to quit, but did it for the health of my daughter, as well as my own. I now enjoy vaping even more - where's the fun in trying out new cool ways to smoke? What's the latest breakthrough in smoke delivery devices to try? How many can you collect? Is there a forum online where people congregate to share smoking tips and talk about how much fun they're having smoking, or how it's improved their lives?

Short answer: no plans to quit. I'm reducing nicotine and might eventually quit that, but I'd probably still vape at 0mg.

Had plans to quit last New Year but it never happened and no big deal. Will prolly quit vaping by end of Summer. Everyone has their own plan and reasons for vaping or eventually quitting vaping. Was never a hobby but only a healthier alternative to smoking although I'll admit I have enjoyed the tinkering end of it.

Yes, I plan to quit vaping at some point in the near future.

For me, vaping is a means to an end. I was over being addicted to cigs, and vaping helped me get over those 4,000+ chemicals. Now I just need to contend with one: nicotine, which depending on who you ask is either very addictive or not.

However, I do indeed enjoy vaping, but no longer wish to be dependent on anything.

Myself, no such plans. Then again, I'm older than you are. I'm at the age AARP starts chasing you around. You know they don't wait for Social Security age? They come for you at 50. The .......s!

I think my history shows I may well be one of the folks predisposed to a strong, strong nicotine addiction. Some are. Genetics seems to largely dictate the degree of "hold" nicotine gets on you. Mine is... powerful. I may not be able to quit. I'm just glad I quit inhaling smoke. If the most I can do is transfer my addiction to something that doesn't contain 50+ carcinogens... that's not so bad.

Other way to look at it is it'd be better to be stuck with the vaping than the smoking. You could be around longer to annoy your kids. :)

Hey, annoying kids is what parents do. Better than them having to visit you in the hospital because of smoking related heart problems or cancer or something eh?

Amen to that, I swear...how do they KNOW!?!?! I got my first AARP mail the week I turned 50. Freaking seriously.

For me... I intend to vape unless/until there is some definitive study that determines that it's harmful. Other than that- I like it, it's fun, and I'll keep doing it as long as I feel like it.
