Havign a little trouble with ym well, wondering if anyone out there knows what might be going on. I'll start with a diagram. Don't mind the ms paint.

SO....... Foot valve failed last Friday, so I pulled everything up out of the well, replaced the foot valve, cleaned out the ejector, and put everything back together. I've primed the pump/well as follows:
1) shut off valve number 2
2) remove pressure gauge
3) slowly crack valve number 3 and allow water to flow down the well, then back up and out of pressure gauge hole until it's just water, no air bubbles.
4) put pressure gauge back on.
5) open valve 1 with a tap on upstairs, run until no air comes out. close tap, allow pressure to rise to 50 psi (don't mind the picture, it's 50, not 60)
6) close valve 3, open valve 2
7) Turn on pump. Pump motor runs indefinitely and will not build pressure.

I tried opening valve 3 to add water to the system while the pump is running. With valve 1 open it will not build pressure. If I slowly close valve 1 pressure will gradually rise until 60psi cutoff.

In all situations do, the pressure tank does not fill.

What am I doing wrong? Should my priming valve and shutoff be on the other line? I have the fittings to do that, I just haven't yet.
