Any really good black tanks?

Not that I've seen. Why not buy a Kanger Protank 3, disassemble it, scuff the metal parts with 1500 grit sandpaper, clean with mineral spirits, mask off small parts/threads, paint with automotive paint. It'll be a custom job.
Just be sure not to paint anything inside.
I just want something that would look flush on a black provari that I plan on buying. I've been casually vaping on my old EHpro caravela clone for a couple of years. I admittedly haven't gotten into much building or even thinking about upgrading since it's pretty much done it's job all this time, but now I want something I can be proud of.
hey looks pretty good! I'm also concerned about quality. The most annoying thing is when my tank leaks D: anyone have any experience with bigdaddy tanks?

I've never had one of Big Daddy's tanks, but I've bought other items from them. They are a reputable company. I got my carto tanks from IBTanked. They do sell colored glass tubes, solid and patterned. IBT is one of the favorite carto tanks, along with Phiniac, of ProVari owners, but some people haven't been too happy with the colors lately. It's been the colors though, like the red not being a true red, I haven't heard anything bad about the black ones.

I know that you don't want a RBA, but I've seen pics of the Russian 91% in black on a black provari...one word...sexy. It only takes approx ten minutes to build a coil and wick it, after you've gotten the process down. The coil will last a very long time. Just a re-wicking every few days or so. It's something to consider, perhaps in the near future.
I got the Loki rings before ProVape started carrying rings. There is a thread down in the ProVape forum devoted to all the different rings available with their pros and cons.
