Any single flavors that taste really good all by themselves ?

Actually, I seldom use creams. When I do mix a two- or three-flavor mix, I usually keep everything at 4 percent or so with a total of 8 to 12 percent flavoring. I do like Bavarian cream. I find when I mix strong flavors, I get tired of them a lot quicker.
Well I don't get this. I have had a strawberry and VBIC mixed for a few weeks and all I get is PEPPER
I do the same mix with sweet cream and it is fine (shake and vape), so I know the PEPPER is coming from the TFA VBIC, when does it go away?
8% Capella Sweet Strawberry is one of my favorites in my rotation.

Not sure what you mean my pepper. When I mix this it's a shake and vape mix for me. All I get it a yummy creamy vanilla flavor. Explain what you mean when you say the pepper.

Think of vaping black pepper, that is what I get, nothing else. I have read others say it goes away, but I guess my taste buds can still taste it. Tomorrow is going to be 3 weeks, I'll see what it is like then. I have also read that the Capella does not have the pepper taste like the TFA, so I may try some of it on my next order.

I just got 24 new flavors from them in Extract form to start replacing my TPA/CAP/FW flavors as I run out and have 10+ Extracts, and a few VG flavors they don't make in extract form, on my wish list for my next order from them. Bonus is they are local to me so I get to support a flavor company in my home state.

Just tried TFA's Swedish Gummy flavor and Capella's Jelly Candy flavor & both are great all by themselves.
I haven't tasted that and I have gone through about 100 ml of the VBIC juice so far. I can imagine that it's not a pleasant vape. Hope you can figure out what it is. Maybe try and play with the percentages. What I do is what's called the 100 drop test. Each drop represents 1 ml. When I do the 100 DT I don't use any nic cause I'm only interested in getting the flavor right so I will play with the flavor percentages along with my pg/vg ratio in order to get the right flavor riffle that I'm looking for. You can look up on here the 100 DT and get more info on it and give that a try if you don't use that method already.

Well after 3 weeks it has gone down, but still has a PEPPER taste, but at least I can taste the strawberry a little now. Will check again in another week, looks like this needs a long steeping/melding time

Gets excellent ratings although the whiff test is unconvincing , it passes the taste test though with flying colors.

Let me know how it is. I've wondered about the Capella VBIC. I just got my order of a good little bit from of TFA VBIC from Wizard. Next time I place an order I will get a small bottle of Cap's to see how it is.

TFA Honey Dew good fruity stand alone flavor. FW Candy Cane for minty vape. 6-8% flavor, add sweet as needed. TFA Cinnamon Red Hot (tank buster) with EM for sweet, and if you go there, tread lightly. Most bloom a lot with time so factor that in. TFA Vanilla Swirl is another some consider loner.

CAP Vanilla Custard V1, Cinnamon Danish Swirl V1, Sugar Cookie V1 10%, Graham Cracker V1, Raspberry V2, Blackberry 8%

TFA DX Coconut Candy 5%
I usually add 1% TFA Sweetener (Sucralose) to everything... YMMV

I always thought that FW Banana Nut Bread was a good stand alone at 12%.
FW French Vanilla at 12% has been an ADV for years and a lot of people seem to enjoy FW Pineapple Peach at 10% saying it taste just like Peach Ring Candies.
