Mimi, not yet. The way it's looking, I won't have 'em till tomorrow. I'm happily vaping using the blue foam mod. It wicks all the juice out except some that cling on to the foam

Texan, it would be great to have something as you describe right out of the box. We'll get there but the next best thing will show up. For now I'll be happy to settle for a happy medium and end my search for the time being.

I noticed that the Smart Carts seem to vary a bunch dimensionally. When I inserted the first one into my atty the clear inner tank was too large for the outer mouth piece shell and split it open near the top, is slightly tapered. Still works though. The second one I examined more carefully before filling and inserting. The second one had plastic "flash" around the edges that I removed with a sharp scraper, it fit much better.

A better grade of plastic and better workmanship should cure this problem. I was concerned about the close proximity of the plastic parts to the atty though, looks like it might get a lot of heat there. Has anyone melted one yet?

Oh yeah, did it work? Not to my satisfaction, but I will get back to it for further testing as soon as I get tired of my other new toys.

I don't like them at all. The pre-filled from COV are 1.0s, meaning that the filler is glued in, refilling them with a syringe isn't hard but it's too easy to break the plastic bridge that the filler rests on, and they either leak ridiculously or wick poorly unless you customize the included fill by pushing it around until you luck up on the optimum position or cut and stuff your own filler - which requires pulling the original filler, probably breaking the plastic bridge in the process - all of which leaves you wanting to scrape the glue out of the top of the cart.

The 2.0s from gotvapes? All of the exact same problems minus the glue.

I'm not trying to put down COV or GotVapes, both are excellent shops run by excellent dudes and I've never had an issue making orders from either, they just happen to be the only sources for this style cart - there's another version of the 510 tank cart, but I've only seen it on a Canadian site so far.

I had really high hopes for these things and bought a lot of them, expecting them to reduce my frustration with the eGo-T and 510s with standard carts, but I'm quite disappointed that they seem like another "half-mod", meaning that I've got to tweak and mess with them in order to get anything approaching satisfactory results.

I'm sure that with a little bit more effort, some blue foam, and a bit of sandpaper, that I'll find a "sweet spot" with these carts, but (for me, at least) it definitely hasn't been a "plug-n-play" experience.

I had a hard time at first with the 2.0s with flooding or wicking depending on how I messed with the wadding. finally I just tried the stock filler and it worked FOR ME. Individual results always vary. one thing I found is blue foam didn't work well for me with straight pg. other than that they fit in my bauway spring, minus the condom so leave it plugged in an atty. get all day out of one tank and I can carry 3 in the spring so I'm more than happy with them.

I just got 2 5pks of these in a blind "grab-bag" from Vapor Deal. First one I threw in the garbage after twice the entire cart worth of juice running out and flooding my atty. I removed the crap that came in them and installed some blue foam. So far I'm impressed with it after moding. Consistency remains to be seen. (I have no idea which vendor supplied them to "Vapor Deal")

I have to retract my previous thoughts on these. So, after refilling my blue foam modded smart cart I take a couple of puffs. I get the taste a burnt plastic in my mouth. I took it off the atty and inspected the cart. Both sides of the u-shaped channles are melted and Black. UNACCEPTABLE! I didn't trade one type of poison for another. I've seen carts show signs they were getting hot but NEVER had one do this. Even after a serious vaping session. Garbage imho.

I got mine in on Monday, but haven't used them until today because I was waiting on reg atties (that I didn't order until Monday) because the LRs I bought with them are poo for me and my last remaining 510 attie bit it over the weekend.

Gotvapes says theirs are "version 2.0" and that the bridges don't break because the filler isn't glued in and the tanks are easier to remove from the cart. Yeah... the not being glued in part is true, but it's still a pita to remove the tank (and insert the cart into the attie/remove cart from attie) and the bridges snap VERY easily.

Gotvapes sent me two little blotches of the blue foam with my order.

.9ml capacity.... but it just seems off.

I empty a tank in under an hour. I refill an eGo-T tank 3 times a day, 4 max, at 1.2ml/tank. I'm on my 4th full tank of these in 3 hours. You do the math, there.

They wick well, taste is really good, they're just a super pita to refill.

The first one I used, after emptying it, when I pulled it off the filler AND bridge came out with it. After pulling the filler off the attie bridge and patting it down, I noticed the bridge snapped in half. I cut a tooth pick to length and jammed it in there; problem solved.

I then started using the bluefoam... no difference, really, but the foam is easier to clean, sooo.... sure, why not.

But, like I said.... I'm emptying these extremely fast. It seems to wick a ridiculous amount of liquid into the attie; not that the attie is flooding, it's not, it just seems to be wicking in more than what's needed.

Since I don't have a syringe, I have to remove the filler and drip in, tapping the juice past the bridge, filling it about 3/4ths to the top, and stuffing the bluefoam back in and dripping 2-3 more to top it off completely.

I told myself I'd give them a day, but.... I have running to do and can't be hassling with refilling these. It's VERY messy doing it my way. If the .9ml capacity is right, I've vaped 3x as much through these in 3 hours than I had through tanks from 7:30 AM to the 2PM time I was waiting for my atties to arrive.

I'll keep them for when I'm in a pinch (i.e. all my tank atties are dead and I'm waiting on replacements) but it's not my all day solution. I'll stick with the eGo-T.

So, conclusion:

Positives:
Good flavor
Good vaping
Good wicking
Never got a dry hit
Didn't flood (for me)
Better vaping than the eGo-Ts when it's working
Cool little window to see juice level

Negatives:
Hard to fill
Messy to fill (my way)
Empties faster than I'd expect
Bridges are fragile
VERY hard to remove tank from cart (even for GVs 2.0s)
VERY hard to push assembled cart into attie
Overall a lesser vaping experience than the eGo-Ts due to difficulty with filling and constant refilling.

Note: this is in no way a shot at gotvapes, good customer service from them with fast e-mail response times.

I don't use a syringe. I just take the filler out, fill with the dropper bottle and put the filling back in. The filler in the SmartCart 2.0's (from gotvapes) isn't glued in so it is easy to take out and put back in. They are very nice to have. I've not modded mine with the blue foam or anything like that, the filler has been fine for me. You can use about half the filler that they come with though or tweek it to how you like it. I don't have blue foam anymore or i would try it but it works great for me just being stock.

Thanks for this post Bella Chic. If anything requires a syringe I don't use it. Now that I know I can fill simply by dripping the liquid into the cart I'll give them a try and see how they work.

You all need to try the (510 clear tank cartridge), from( Breezesmokes.) look in the carts and cartomizers area on the site. These go in and out of the 510 attys better than the smart carts. Holds more juice and has a neat little removable cup with a small amount of filler material in it that pops off , then you can fill the cart with a bottle or what ever and pop the little cup back on and your good to go. I really like mine and you can replace the filler with blue foam, if you want for thicker juice.

So far, so good, here. Been vaping on the same 1 for a couple of days now, many refills. (knocks on wood)

Same here, I've had 2 going on the stock filler for a week, no leaking at all and still wicks well. I've even left them overnight with juice sitting vertically just to see if I could get them to leak.

Only difference I've noticed from day one is the filler had become compressed by the bridge of the atty but it hasn't effected performance in any way. When I remove it to refill I just make sure it's flush with the opening after inserted and let the contact with the bridge push it back where it needs to be.

Someone mentioned burning earlier. I haven't had that happen but I check my atty before inserting the cart to make sure the bridge is centered, on some attys it isn't, if not it's pretty easy to center if you're careful with tweezers or a paper clip. Then I line the cart and bridge vertically and insert. Same method I used with standard carts.

Got the SmartCarts today. Quickly filled one up as I need to take kids to their activities.
Used the stock filler at first try filled with 100% vg AVEJuices Gorilla Juice which is rather thick.
Setup is on stock everything Joye 510.

First impressions? Wow!!! It's awesome. Vapor production is great, and flavorful. I was vaping the same juice all day so I can definitely taste and see the difference. No leaks whatsoever. Got dry burns a couple of times but it could be due to the juice being thick and the stock filler so dense.

No biggie as I can switch to the blue foam when I get home which is what I did exactly.
Vapor and flavor are still great but this time, no more dry burns. Actually, I cut one of the foams too loose and flooded the atty somewhat.

With both the stock and blue fillers, I noticed that it burns juice like there's no tomorrow. I can't believe I vaped an entire tank already. Of course all that juice would've gone somewhere and where else but the clouds of vapor and great taste.

Mimi gave me the dimensions of the carts so I knew they would fit in my PCC. They do so long as I separate the tip from the tank. I can carry 4 tanks, a spare atty, a spare tip and 2 batteries in the PCC. That would pretty much cover me for the entire work day.

Of course, this was just my initial impressions. Will be able to get better assessment tomorrow after a full day with it. Also, I'm expecting juices from BWB which are 70/30 pg/vg mix so that'll be another test for the different fillers.

As of now, I'm happy with the SmartCarts.

Thank you everyone for the advice and tips.

I just ordered some of the prefilled ones from CoV, but I don't have a pointed needle for my syringe. Any tips? Maybe I can file one to a point, and I do have a couple of blank 306 carts with some very nice filler (looks like a black version of blue foam) that I can pull and use if necessary.

Can I just poke a hole with a needle and then use my 20ga syringe tip, or will it leak? I'd also really like to be able to un-glue the filler and clean them for use with another flavor if it's possible.

I had bad luck attempting to do this, broke the bridges inside of them. I'm planning to use sandpaper to get the glue out, a sharp edge wasn't enough to clear all of it.
