Hi all, i have an RMods DNA30 squonker that's in need of repair, it's not the chip that's faulty it's the pin that goes from the juice bottle to the atty, as far as i can see there is a threaded ring that has a soldered wire attached to it and the threaded ring has somehow worked wiggly loose, it does work if you jiggle it a bit so i would think it's not making a solid connection..is there anywhere i can send it for repair ?

Thanks Chris

Hi, i hope there'll be 2 pics attached...no wonder the connection is loose i've just found out the whole lot just pulls out, it has a small spring and it looks like the the brass ring should snap firm onto the white grommet at the top..so what i thought was a threaded connection turns out to be a spring...it looks like i'll have to send it someone for repair...Thanks for the reply..Chris

There's no threading on the white grommet it's completely smooth, the brass ring does push onto it then the springs pops it off again so i'm now thinking like you there should be an o-ring on the white grommet...i'll get me box of bits out and see if i can find an o-ring to fit, i did get this as a second user so whether the previous owner had it to bits and it dropped the o-ring without realising it...i dunno, i'll give it a go and report back later.

I have a similar 510, and the white part is threaded. Apparently, your threads melted or stripped.. The white bushing threads into the 510 from the bottom, then the brass collar threads onto that with the spring/pin/tube in between.

Contact the builder.
Find out which 510 connector they used.
Buy new 510 connector from that manufacturer.
Remove old white bushing.
Replace with new white bushing.
Re-assemble.
