Most people buy online. Just before your other post, someone mentioned E-Smokey Treats and you may have thought it was a store in a town instead of a dotcom.

This doesn't rule out the existence of stores selling e-cigs in N. Cal or Sacramento, but it may be handy while you wait to find out.
