Cth--I doubt it--Read about a section in Boston where they banned the sale of Cigarettes in any Pharmacy there. I think I even posted it here in the news section on the Forum--MA is a tough state for a lot of things. Fire up the mailorder ---Sun

Check the mall Burlingtin,Ma ,Rockinham mall Salem,NH.They have smoke everywhere carts,very expensive but I had good luck with cust service.They will replace parts for 1 year,so you dont have to pay shipping and if you have problem you can get it fixed same day.I had good luck with 3.0 gold after I figured out the ins and outs of e-cigs.

its actually what i have i bought it in salem at the kiosk but dnt feel like paying 12.50 for 5 carts. id rather buy liquid but have had horrible experiences purchasing online thats why i was looking for somewhere local where i coul buy the liquid

Check out the suppliers section...I've had great experiences from each of the following - Truvapor, vaporstix, Litecigusa and Vapor4life...those are the only people I've personally purchased from so far, and I know there are others with very good reputations.

thanks for the info. my experiences havent been with vendors specifically. i got a virus from a site and it took snapshots of my screen and i used my debit card. i had $13,000 dollars in my savings account and the whole thing got drained. they traced it to someone buying electronics in france and shipping them to africa. noone was ever apprehended for this. it took 9 months to get my basically life savings back (only 22 years old). so i basically refuse to purchase online anymore.
If anyone in or around merrimac county. preferably lowell, dracut, tyngsboro etc buys online and wouldnt mind purchasing for me and ill throw in a few extra bucks please let me kno. thanks again.

Yvilla--that is the best advise today, if not in a long time. This is what I do. Alleviates all the hassels and works great--just be sure to registar your address online otherwise Paypal and others can not verify address to card for shimpents----Sun

Today I found a new vendor in New Hampshire. Headlines in Nashua are selling e-cigs. The 801, and the 510. Dekang juices, pcc's, cases, carts, and a few other items. Their kits were a bit expensive but other supplies were priced very well.

Headlines also has stores in Portsmith, and North Conway. I don't know if those stores sell the same items.

I think i'm gonna have to go there and drive the strip and see what I can find.

OMG! NOW I find this thread! lol Not that I had a bad experience. In fact Jeff & Lauren down @ whatupcig were fantastic, as was Terri over @ cignot.

But to find out there's a brick & mortar w/e-cigs a grand total of 14 minutes away from me? DAYUM! Silly me. I drove 4.5hrs round trip to go see Jeff & Lauren for our 510s! lol Oh well. Lauren was great & Jeff taught me some batt charging secrets, so well worth the trip.

That's only in the actual city.. and since it's only pharmacies CVS is the only place I would normally buy them that no longer carry cigs - 7/11 and other convenience stores are still safe. Any of the suburbs will still have cigs in the pharmacies though.

As was stated before Smoking Everywhere is probably your only hope for buying in MA as far as I know. Burlington Mall is where I was ripped off

The prices on the kits don't seem to bad when you figure in no shipping or sales tax.
$60 for a joye 510 kit with 2 attys and 2 batts, is far from horrible. The 401 and 808s are even less.
Too bad they don't have parts for the 4081, I'm really starting to dig that little beast.
