Here are the requirements:
1) You MUST have ample testing done that displays vapor that is devoid of tobacco Specific Nitrosamines, Diethylene Glycol. At least one lab testing, but two or three is best.
2) No health care ingredients in your formula ......, vitamins etc.
3) You can't sell any ridiculously high nicotine level carts 48mg etc.
4) Your website must have a splash page before entering which states that you must be an adult and/or legal age to smoke, or age verification.
5) Your website must declare somewhere that your product is for smokers only as a tobacco alternative, and that it is not intended for non smokers or people sensitive to nicotine.
6) Special consideration given to companies that have a product liability insurance policy.
7) Special consideration given to companies that have product placement in numerous retail outlets (pharmacies, medical supply chains, doctor's offices, tobacco shops).
8) Special consideration given to companies that have doctors who will back their product based on their experiences with the product and its effects on their patients etc.
It would be helpful if a few companies were interested in pursuing this, although the ultimate decision on pursuing this will be heavily weighted on the forthcoming SE and njoy decision.
