Any suppliers of custom ejuice in Russia?

My brother lives in Rostov and I'm trying to get him into vaping. Ecigs seem like they're catching on there, but I don't know if there are any good ejuice places like we have here. The websites I'm looking at for him seem to probably just sell the Chinese stuff.

Any suggestions for him?
