Using 808ds... Going to an early evening till God knows when party... Have 2 standard pccs, one case -- that alone will be 9 cartos and 3 808ds... I'm still a bit worried cause I really don't want to run out/low or have some weird issues. I vape HARD when I drink. Also thinking of carrying a JC sample bottle in my pocket. And I'm sure lots of people will want to try out the vape as well... Any veteran tips for a 6pm till 3am? 6am? party will be appreciated (won't have my car either).

umm extra bats lol your pcc will still take a while to charge up the bats so unless you have a big bat or even more id try to keep the PV outta anyone elses hands....at least that will give you a lil extra time with each bat, goodluck and have fun, and the extra bottle isnt a bad idea!-)
I don't use the same PV as you but with my Maxi Roughstack V2, I never leave home for a night of drinking without back up batteries and at least 2 full DC cartos full of juice ready to rock. The only other thing I could say is...don't let anyone curious George experiment with your vapor!
I got myself a large eGo carrying case that I take along with me on long trips, or to the workplace. I have a total of three mega 510 automatic batteries, two running at any given time with one spare. I also got two eGo batteries with a mega duel cartos, again one for usage and another as a spare. I usually find myself running out of power in the automatics at the days end, however the eGo manages pretty well for two-three days. I also carry at least three juices for the three devices I got running at anytime. I do manage fairly without going nic crazy (withdraw I'm guessing.

How about an E-Power with 18650 battery and a SmokTech Dual Coil Mega XL Clear cartomizer plus extra juice. The e-power cone won't fit around the XL cartomizers, so your vape might be less attractive for sharing.
For the guests who still want to try it, swap out a couple of 306 LR atties with 306 drip tips and get a bunch of disposable alcohol pads for cleaning the mouthpiece after (make sure you wait for the alcohol to evaporate before using the atty again).

If you have the wall charger going and a PCC you will be fine. I find that charging 2 at once, you pretty much cant vape faster than they charge.
That said I use an EGO 1000mah passthrough now. I never run out of power. Straight chiefing for like 8 hours on that thing.

Well, you only have so many options in so short of a time. Other option for battery life would be a USB passthrough + wall wart and find a nice spot to hang out near a socket.

You might use a condom ... method for refilling cartomizers.
But it sounds like keeping the batteries going will be the issue. You should probably stake out a safe recharging area where you can leave your batteries charging off the wall socket without them going walkabout. Do you know the hosts well?
Also -- have you practiced refilling cartos after a few drinks? May not be as easy as before.

I'm panicking over running out of stuff all the time too, I keep showing up at places with bottles and bottles of juice and enough batteries to run a small factory :-/ Any chance you can hook up a charger to the mains?
Sounds to me like you should be fine with what you have. Take along the wall charger just in case the pcc's need recharging and the bottle of juice just in case you go through 9 cartos and you should be set. IMO
