Any tips on rebuilding iclear 16 coils

Hi guys I was trying to rebuild one of my iclear 16 heads every thing was going well till I put the grommet back in. I looked at my coils and they where everywhere. Anybody have any tips or know of any videos on YouTube that are any good. I could only find 1 video of a guy rebuilding these but it was very hard to see what he was doing. Cheers guys
