They always take care of their customers... hence the thread "What's the best freebie you've received...."

There is a sale going on right now... where you can save $

There is more often than not a surprise of some kind in the packages when they arrive, and they have the biggest selection and lowest prices around.

To me that's incentive enough, but I can't speak for Steve, Mark, Val and the rest of the gang though about a finder's fee.

Hart, I know where you're coming from, but I've been glad that V4L doesn't do that. I initially purchased Greensmoke based on the many many online recommendations--and then realized that people were talking it up to get affiliate points. I felt ripped off and began searching for a straight-ahead company that people recommended without personal gain. V4L was the strongest I found, and it certainly helps its 'family' by offering regular discounts and various sales throughout the year (even the special 16% off today). Seems fair to me, and I can recommend away without people asking me why.

Just my two cents.

I'm glad V4L doesn't do it either because I believe that means more and/or higher discounts for us the direct customers.

Look at Totally Wicked for example - I see their affiliates offering 7.5% OFF but you have to go looking for those codes and it means anywhere from 2.5-7.5% goes to the affiliate. (I'm sure someone will probably pipe in with the exact amount)

V4L offers us at least 10% OFF EVERYDAY - no searching it's just a simple code: SMILIN

Now that I've gotten to the point that I know my flavors I make a point of bulk ordering so my orders will always be over $175 so I can take 15% OFF ANYTIME. The entire discount goes to ME - not half to me and half to an affiliate and that's how I prefer it. ;)

I hope the post I made earlier didn't sound catty.... it really was not meant to be... promise.... I just meant that you already get an awesome deal with V4L. They go above and beyond in so many ways that you really can't go wrong even if you aren't 'rewarded' for your referrals. There... that sounded better...)

I passed out 5 Vap4Life business cards & shared my happiness with the company today with my waitress & others working at at Denny's .They were very impressed with the e-cig .All were long time smokers who were looking for something better then analogs. To me it is reward enough being able to help others find help.and this company is very good to us customers. It has been one month today for me-thank You Vap4Life!!

LandLocked ~ I don't think you sounded catty. (But nice of you to clarify just in case someone else did)

I have to agree with others that it is much better we are NOT compensated for referrals. I am constantly raving about V4L and I do it with such enthusiasm that I often wonder if people are thinking "Okay what's in it for her?" So I usually try to clarify that I am in now way affilitated with the company or get any sort of kickbacks, other than helping people find the "family" I have come to know and love with V4L. I am just hoping to help others enjoy the same pain-free, hassle-free, completely enjoyable quitting experience that I have with E-Cigs and V4L!!

I can't agree more. It's a slippery slope. I, like Jeffree, was lured to GreenSmoke through the rave reviews I read (turnes out, by their affiliates.) We're gettin 10% discount every time we order (or more, I just got 16% off my St. Patty's order, thank you, guys), and they're throwin in goodies, and replacin any occasional dud without any questions. No affiliates programs, please. It's goin to ruin everything and nobody will be SMILIN any more.

No offense to the OP, but I am with the other dissenters; we have enough problems defending our obvious "bias" because we are ''fanboys" in the "V4L cult". The gift of smoking cessation should be gift enough. It's a normal and obvious sentiment Hart, and if V4L didn't offer other forms of discounts, sales, and incentives, you would have a valid point. Our credibility as strong V4L supporters remains intact with the status quo in my humble opinion :)

Everywhere my husband goes, he shows his V4L pv and has converted many people that he shows. He is just happy to give out their cards and help anyone that is a smoker see that this is sooooo much better and healthier for them. People have asked him if he is selling these because he shows them how great these pvs are with such pleasure that they cant believe his excitment. V4L is such a wonderful company and we ARE greatful to them. We are definetly SMILIN:)

Yeah, definitely no disrespect intended, Hart. We all want to save money, and it doesn't hurt to brainstorm biz ideas. Many of us have. I can only add that V4L's everyday prices (forget the discounts) are among the lowest I found--for quality products--when researching for an entire weekend in early January. Just one more reason to like this place. That and excellent products, service, and this forum... frickin euphoria! (Hey, someday I'd like a carto flav with that name and to have people argue for the original version--STFE!)

I was reading the forum here for about a month before making my first order. What really amazed me was how much this group of people seemed to have bonded over a PRODUCT. Being a V4L customer and a part of the forum is almost a "secret handshake" thing to begin with! We get the skinny on all the goodies, so I don't feel like I'm losing out in any way shape or form.

I think everyone would have a list of referrals - this stuff just sort of sells itself, you know? The whole referrals thing would become top-heavy very quickly. If every user brings in, say, three more users, who each in turn bring three more users, who each.... sheesh, the numbers get big pretty darn quick. I think I prefer the fun little surprise contests, the freebies, the sales and coupon codes - I feel like an insider!

My problem with affiliate programs is the spam. In P.M's on forums and in e-mail..Whoohoo you have got to try xyz juice Mary..I did and I just love it! E-mail me for details and don't forget to use the code abc for big discounts! (the affiliates code to get their points)
I have had my fair share of this junk and reply with the same answer..I am quite happy with V4L..please don't offer me anything else, I can make my own choices, thank you!
I have to watch carefully when in my subforums for people trolling for new posters. It's a big pain!

I think a few of my friends are ordering start kits soon, I convinced them
all at the bar for st pattys day. Would be nice if we got a free pack of carts or a few bucks towards an order for refering a friend

We feel we sell for wholesale already, provide fabulous service, as well as having the finest warrantee in the world. That said, if you want to profit, then invest. We have discounts up to 30%. We have many people making thousands a week reselling our product.

Compare our prices to the greensmoke, smoke 51's, smoking everywhere, Njoy's et/ Then compare the qualiity.

You will find, NO COMPARISON, including in selection of product.

Enjoy
