Any updates on Clrd batteries

Hey just wondering if there are any more user updates on these batteries. Any further tests done. Came across a supply of these and the guy selling them obviously swears up and down by them but wanting to hear others opinion on them.

Which CLRD's? Which vendor?
If they're 18650's and they are rated at anything above 30A then their ratings are exaggerated, perhaps by a lot.

I've not read of any independent testing on these yet, but one vendor described these as 20 amp CDR with a pulse rating of 35 amps.

I would not get too excited about any batteries with claims of over 20 amps CDR anytime soon. Only a few battery manufacturers make their own cells in the world, and most of the rest re-wrap those cells and put their own brand name on the label. Sony seems to be the only manufacturer of a 30 amp CDR cell at present.

Check Mooch's tests. The new 1500 mAh LG (hg2?) seems to be the only one that can handle 30 amps properly without overheating. The Sony VTCs are good for 20-25 amps.
