Any updates on NY bill to ban e-cigs

As a concerned voter, I have been trying to educate myself on the status of pending bans of e-cigs in New York State. Before voting on Tuesday, I would like to know if this bill is still on the books to determine who I should not vote for. I have only seen some posts which were a couple of years old and when I went to the legislative web site, that bill did not come up.

Is there any new updates?

Anyone know if ecigs are considered 'tobacco products' in NY?

I've googled a bit and don't see anything saying - Yes, it is defined as a tobacco product in NY but not 100% sure.
