No B&Ms, and that's kind of crazy for the 4th largest city in the US. And we probably have 15 local "online" retailers.
Smoke shops have some stuff but it is out of control expensive, like $16 for a CE4 clearo expensive...

Ordered several times from gotvapes, shipped from Sugarland so it was in the mailbox in 1 day

When I run out of liquid before my order comes, BC Smokeshop has a good variety of elixir juice, couple atomizers and ego batteries, experienced clerks .... But they're quite expensive.
Black Widows Vapor .com > Home is a B/M in Houston. Their phone number is on the website, just give them a call. they will mix the juice for you and let you sample any juice you want.

Spring Vapor has a store front. Are you the same person who posted the same question last week or earlier this week? It feels I already answered this question for someone. Anyway, the owner Nik Dimitrov is a very nice guy and his phone number is (832) 663-1494. He has a lot more inventory at the store than on his website because he hasn't had time to update his online store yet.

Pretty sure the elixir dude works out of his house, same thing with black widow. Black widow doesn't even list an address.
Do not go to Smokedreams. They wanted $17 for a CE3 clearo. That's downright price gouging.
