Not in the USA.

Outside the USA, yes.

Perhaps that's one reason alot of people here order things from Fasttech. FastTech - Gadgets and Electronics

I smell conspiracy lol, the PayPall guy probaly plays golf with the Marlboro Man.
Seems silly that Paypal does that, but its true.

Lol, the one order I placed to Fastech, pretty sure I used Paypal, wonder how they get away with it?

Marlboro Man plays golf with the Fastech guy too?

Because it's not a paypal thing so much as a washington thing apparently

ok well im gonna go ahead and order a k100 from fastech. can anyone recommend a good battery/charger setup for a k100? I plan to toy around sub ohming, and don't mind shelling out the extra cash for great quality

just don't order the batteries from FastTech or anything overseas. I believe it will get held up in customs for a while. Arguably the Sony VTC3 and VTC4 are the "safest" battery with a 30A max discharge rate. Efest has launched a new 35A battery boasting a higher mAh rating than the VTC4.

A good charger are the Nitecore's but I have the Efest LUC V4 and it's very nice, lots of features and LCD screen with volt readings to see how far you drained the battery, etc.

I buy my batteries and chargers from Triangle Vape, great prices and customer service. Problem is, the prices are too good and everything sells out in a day. Just gotta lurk the website or check his Facebook for updates.

Ebay takes paypal. Technically it is against TOS to sell vape stuff on ebay but they don't seem to enforce it.

k100 | eBay

oo00oo yeah! that's right, I've gotten vape stuff off ebay using paypal; some vape gear stores in the usa have storefronts via ebay, so that's one way to get stuff in the usa using paypal.

Now this is hilarious! Paypal is owned by eBay! so its crazy that paypal enforces stuff on vape supplies, but ebay who owns them doesn't seem to enforce selling them on their site. crazy.

also its kinda ridiculous that they own paypal, but keep it on the hush hush. When you sell on ebay you get charged by ebay for a percent of what you sell, then paypal charges you a percent as well. crazy that they double tax you even though they are really one entity

You would have to use an international vendor in order to pay via Paypal ... If you don't mind waiting 7-15days, you can try Focalecig.com, or Fasttech.com. They both carry the Mod you are interested in, and they both take Paypal. :) ... and then of course there is Ebay, but make sure the vendor has a good seller rating (check negative feedback even if the rating is 99%), and that they are not charging $75 bucks for the Mod and batteries/charger.

As far as the eBay thing goes, they are double dipping. But, no matter what you have to have some sort of store front, be it b&m or virtual, and you have to pay someone to process credit cards. You are paying for 2 seperate services and you have to pay for that be it using PayPal or not.

Technically, ebay does not allow the sale of 'Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and components'. (Ironically, nicotine patches and gum *are* allowed.)

Ebay does not really patrol its site looking for e-cig stuff. But they will remove the listing if someone reports it.

PayPal (which is owned by ebay) has the same policy. So if you buy something from a seller and have a problem (don't receive item, DOA, etc.), PayPal won't necessarily protect you if they find out the item related to e-cigs.

I know a couple of US sellers who accept PayPal but I don't want to mention their names in public because PayPal could technically cut them off.

The whole policy seems stupid and unfair but ebay/PayPal have the right to make their own rules. No one is being forced to use them.

I ordered from ****** on ebay and paid via PayPal. Got an iTaste VV3.0 and it got here in a couple of days (free shipping). He doesn't have a whole lot of stuff, but maybe your can find what you need.

Please remove the name of the vendor. There really are people that watch this site and that vendor could get shut down from using Paypal. Thanks :)
