Anybody have experience with sapphyre nic?

So I’ve been somewhat experimenting lately and I added a full 0.9ml of 20% sapphyre nic to rollupz strawberry 60 ml 6mg . The bottle was about 75% full so I’m guessing it added about 2mg of nicotine to it. Well I put a primed coil in then added the liquid closed the airflow and hit it hard a couple of times for additional priming then started slowly vaping at low wattage to wick it perfectly. Once I started getting up to the recommended wattage 55-70, it tasted almost burnt? Kind of like how a firework smells. So I put in a new coil and did the above process again.. same results.. new coil again anddddd same results. Finally I decided I’m just gonna add a different liquid (without the sapphyre nic) and see what happens. Well low and behold it tastes perfect. Not sure if I did something wrong or what. The strawberry fruitrollupz was 80/20pg vg and the 2nd liquid was 70/30 pg vg, I don’t think it was that? Anybody with experience maybe something to try?
