I know, I would be getting the full kit so its a little bit more but not by much! My head is spinning with all these new devices!! I know that I want variable voltage, I just can't decide which one that I want!!!

My options are:

Lavatube (the new one with the 4 amp limit)
VMax -its $99 on goodejuice.com
EVO - I know its not true variable voltage, but its gorgeous
iTaste - another gorgeous device
Ovale V8 - I was also contemplating the V6 before I saw this on DiscountVapers but this one is TRUE variable voltage
Or
Spend the big bucks and get the Provari

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Also, does anyone know what kind of amp limit the V8 will have??

Here are the 'full specs', doesn't say the amp. I know the v6 didn't seem to have any limiting according to PBusardo when using a 1.5 ohm carto, hopefully this baby will be he same.

I think the only good suggestion at this point from the pv's you have on your list would be the provari. All the others are still pretty new. I haven't heard much of the evo.

Did you pre-order it or you know somewhere that has it in stock already? I was looking over at another forum and saw that there is a co-op on these and I am really interested in getting a V8.

I almost pulled the trigger on a Twist today, but I really don't know if I want a long wand that does not have replaceable batteries. I would rather have a box, this will shorten the APV and also give it replaceable batteries, so the V8 seems to fit that bill. And, honestly, even at the $50 price tag that DV has it for on the pre-order, it is very obtainable. I hope they don't bump it up after they are released....

The other question I have is that should I get 2 AW IMR 18350s and a XTAR charger or just get the batteries and charger that come with the kit? What batteries do you use in your V6? I wonder if the V8 is protected?

THanks!

Just ordered the V8. Its 30 bucks, why not? I got the V6, and its a beast..

Before you order the iTaste, check out Phil Busardo's site tasteyourjuice.com. He is currently reviewing it, and has found some issues you may want to be aware. They are posted on the front page of his site, and his review will be out soon.

I did see that, thankyou!! Although its a beautiful device, I don't think it's the one for me!

I pre-ordered from DV. I use the AW 18350's, and an xtar. Cloudsofvapor has a fair price on the xtar wp6 and the spacers for it. you neeed 4 spacers per 18350. DV is a little pricy on the xtar and they don't have spacers. With the ovale v6 people reported problems with 'cheap' batteries.
