Anybody recently buy from Vaporbeast ?

Their website went wrong on me, and got in this "ordering loop" and I thought I had backed out of my purchase, but I had not. This "loop" caused my bank to stop my card from being operational and canceled all of their orders. I didn't realize that they'd actually sent out my order, and when it arrived, I contacted them x3 with no response about what they wanted me to do with my unpaid product. I finally got a response to ship it back "return to sender" and so that's what I did. I'm not saying they aren't a good vendor, but the whole process was a PITA, and had I not been an honest person, I would have 3 steampunks, not 2. You'd think that a company who was being solicited to have their unpaid items *returned* would have been a bit more responsive, but I will say their shipping was rapid and it was an authentic product. :)

I still don't know what caused the glitch, and I probably wouldn't order from them again, but mainly because I would have liked a you know, "Thanks for doing that" or something, not even an ITEM, but someone saying "Thank you for taking the time to do that since our website caused you to have to go through the whole annoying fraud process with your bank to start with." But, I think their prices are good and all that. I'm not saying they are a bad vendor by any means but it was kinda unfortunate....

No problems whatsoever, and I've bought several items from them, the last time just two weeks ago.

Their customer service is responsive (I had a shipping question), but I contacted them on a business day.
I tried their online contact but no response.
Looks like I’ll have to call them.

I had same problem. First make sure your name is exactly as it appears on your CC, PP address so on. I go by my middle name so I filled out my address with my middle name and it said the same thing. I changed it to the way it is on my card and it went straight through. There verification is really sensitive

Thats exactly what my problem was. I had been ordering from them till they put in that new system. One of the guys there I spoke to told me to check everything and make sure it all matched. After I fixed the name it all worked fine

Do you mean the name on your charge card ?
Do capital letters matter ?

Ran into a similar problem with VaporDna. I've had an account a long time with them, went to order something couple weeks ago, new policy is you have to upload a picture of your ID. No other alternative. I don't like that. Other sites have easier verification. I explained in an email that I couldn't upload a pic at this time, but would be happy to provide my DL # in an email. I never received any kind of personal reply, only a form letter explaining how to upload a pic of my ID. So I requested they cancel my account as I couldn't comply with this policy. Again, I only received a form email reply. Real nice. Think VaporDna's gotten too big for their britches and one long-time customer doesn't matter to them.
