Their website went wrong on me, and got in this "ordering loop" and I thought I had backed out of my purchase, but I had not. This "loop" caused my bank to stop my card from being operational and canceled all of their orders. I didn't realize that they'd actually sent out my order, and when it arrived, I contacted them x3 with no response about what they wanted me to do with my unpaid product. I finally got a response to ship it back "return to sender" and so that's what I did. I'm not saying they aren't a good vendor, but the whole process was a PITA, and had I not been an honest person, I would have 3 steampunks, not 2. You'd think that a company who was being solicited to have their unpaid items *returned* would have been a bit more responsive, but I will say their shipping was rapid and it was an authentic product.
I still don't know what caused the glitch, and I probably wouldn't order from them again, but mainly because I would have liked a you know, "Thanks for doing that" or something, not even an ITEM, but someone saying "Thank you for taking the time to do that since our website caused you to have to go through the whole annoying fraud process with your bank to start with." But, I think their prices are good and all that. I'm not saying they are a bad vendor by any means but it was kinda unfortunate....
