I'm kinda new to these e-cig stuff... First one I bought from a local supplier, before I find ECF. I've paid USD 90,00 for a starter kit, and after receiving my order, I realized that the guy was a dropship from DX... I've paid 90 bucks on a Health E-Cig Starter kit. Shame on me!
Anyway, I didn't give up and placed my second order at e-cigarette-mart.com](a DSE-901b) and I was surprised about how quick it got to my place: just 8 days (for Brazillian standards, this is pretty quick!!). I can say that I've had a nice experience with them. Cheap prices, good Customer Service, fast shipping, good quality (my 901 is the real one), and so on.
They don't have a large product line though, but I can live with that!Hope I've helped! This is my first post, btw.

29.99 for a 901b kit plus free shipping. If you want a 901 that is the best price I have ever seen for a mini. sometimes you just gotta take the plunge and be the first. Not only for the sake of saving a few bucks but for the community as well. That price is good enough to make me want to order one and see what all the fuss is about the mini. I love my penstyle though!
Don't expect quick delivery (but it was under 2 weeks on both orders) or useful tracking numbers. But everything I've ordered eventually shows up and is very close to what I ordered.
They don't always answer emails well, but one order I placed they were out of the color I wanted and they contacted me immediately to ask if a substitute color would be ok. Instead of blue I told them to ship a red, I didn't hear a peep out of them after that and today I got my red ... with a white spare battery. But I think they sent an extra 6 cartridges.
I don't know if I'd recommend them entirely, but I wouldn't recommend avoiding them either. Just be aware that you're not going to get the personal service that Truesmoker or someone would give.

I bought my 901 from them with no problems it took the full 2 weeks to get to me but for the price it was worth it.

It took nearly a month to recieve my 901 from them. However, when I inquired about it, they responded quickly, remedied the delay and also sent me a free case for my inconvenience.
So all in all, it took way too long but the customer service was good and the price was really good.
The best part is I LOVE the 901. It beats the pants off my 401.

You do have the option of paying for a more expensive form of shipping with a tracking number. And while there are other suppliers with good prices, none of them touches the current pricing of this supplier.
As far as claiming it is lost in the mail, if I sent you something with a tracking number, I could stiull ship you an empty box and then "claim" that you are lying when you say the box was empty. I could say "see here is the tracking number to prove you got it" A tracking number is not a measure of integrity. Unfortunately, if someone is out to scam you, they will find a way. There doesn't seem to be evidence that this is the case with this suppler.
ruyandirect can also match the price of their DSE901 if you include a better shipping option such as EMS.
This is what is said on the website by the supplier:
Please ONLY contact us for shipments if you shipment has not arrived within 20 days(please contact your local post office first, sometimes receiver should go there to take the package), we are unable to answer any questions about your shipment as soon as it is in the hands of the Postal services. We have no tracking numbers available and have no means of tracking your shipments of this item which are sent by Hongkong AirMail.
I did not say they were scammers. I did not (and will not) buy from them so i will never be able to tell for sure. I just felt that with a statement such as the above, forum members who wishes to purchase from them should be cautioned.
You are right to say that there is always a way to scam but this is a much more foolproof way. An empty box will at least give away some evidence in terms of shipping weight. This is foolproof. They already excluded themselves of any responsibility/ liability on their website. Again, i am gonna STRESS that i am not accusing them of anything. I just feel that forum members should be aware of the above statement and what it means. Thats all. I've done that and will not go into any further discussion on this. End.
Got my 2 DSE901's today w/ 50 pks carts, came in exactly 2 weeks as expected. Produce pretty good vapor, even came charged (all 4 batteries).
I will have to watch the video on cleaning for this. Not sure how to get the vaporizer out for cleaning.

I also did order from them last Thursday and received it yesterday. Yes, I got the mini 901 with free shipping. I ordered if for a friend.
I tried the "Don't Register, no Tracking number" and it didn't work so I just decided to click the "Add Shipping Insurance" button for a total of US$32.99
I got one that was matt black with a golden design. That was not in the picture shown. I thought it was glossy black.
They also added 5 extra carts on mine for free. I haven't tested the unit yet.
I ordered the black 901 on their front page. Twice. Both times, they came pretty quickly, week-week 1/2. I'm pretty happy w/the product. Got some juice and they work pretty well. For the experienced vapers out there, any idea if this 901 is the same or comparable to other 901's?

I haven't had the best experience with this supplier so far. One of the batteries was bad and leaking. Didn't realize until the switch was stuck and causing the battery to stay on after dragging, furthermore causing the atomizer to burn out I think because when I tried my other battery it go so hot that it burned me a little and I proceeded to panic and threw it out the window lol... I hadn't had it for more than a couple days when I noticed that bad taste, stopped using it and just used my 401 for a day, and then when I went back to try it again this little fiasco went underway. I emailed them (responded to my order confirmation) a couple days ago with no response. Went on their website tonight and they had an option to send an email to their customer service. I will be sure to post back with the rest of my experience.
By the way: Does anyone know if these are true 901s? There were no markings of any kind on the batteries or atomizer with the one I received.
EDIT: Took another look. There are markings on the batteries. I can't for the life of me read them though.

Someone mentioned that the DS901 they got from ecigmart (30 includ. ship) was not the glossy black one as featured... did anyone else get the golden design or did you actually get what you ordered?
Ok so I am having a problem with E-cigmart and paypal...
I went online to buy the cheap 29.99 special and when I went to pay with pay pal it said that pay pal wouldn't let me pay with a cc and that I first had to link my checking account to pay pal... did this happen with anyone else and if so what did you do to get around it... Many people that have a Paypal account have done this. It's not a long or hard process. Respectively, some online stores or ebay sellers will require that you are "confirmed" before you can buy their products.
Also, still no word yet from e-cigarette-mart about my issue. Since the charger and atomizer still work I've decided it's not worth bothering with them, and have already bought 1 new battery (from a US supplier).
I recommend ruyandirect.com or better yet imho eastmall.net if you are looking for cheap kits and overall good prices / service from China.

I've changed my mind about e-cigmart because ruyan direct is really a better deal if you think about it... if you buy from e-cigmart you only get 1 battery... if you have to buy another battery that's going to cost you another 12 plus shipping which is the same amount as the ruyan direct price and you get two working batteries with it... I would like the one off of eastmall but the only stupid thing is that you have to have 50 dollars in your cart before you can even check out... how gay is that... I just wanted to buy the DSE901 silver kit and thats it... but NooOOoooO. if anyone has any other better deals or ideas let me know... how reliable is ruyan in your guy's experience?
