Its been 3 years for me and I do 0 nic and 6 nic . I have some days I don't vape, but some I want to and its alot better than going back to smoking and I smoked for a very long time. I think I enjoy vaping to much to just stop all together, yet its not the craving cigs give you. Its amazing how great you feel and how awful someone who smokes smells. My kids and grandkids are very proud of us for quitting and support vaping for helping us to totally quit. Just give yourself time because it does taste different as you drop down in nic. but you will meet your goals and this site and the awesome people who helped us get there are here for you every step of the way.

trying an experiment. have a bottle of 0 nic cotton candy. going to drip it starting at 3pm, and no nicotine tonight. see if i'm still standing in the morning. currently @ 16 MG. time to find out just how addicted to nicotine i really am. if i didn't hang myself by the morning, going to load a carto for my tank, and see if i can survive work. medically it should take 3 to 4 days for nicotine to be no longer detectable in my body.if i am still suicide free by end of work Thurs. going back to town for more juice. see how this goes. :toast:

I started with 24 mg. Then went to 12. Then went to 18. Then went to 16. Then I said f*it and went to 6. Finally I found my sweet spot. Dunno if I'll drop below, but what I have found is that naturally through my progression of different mods, atomizers, cartomizers, and finally RBA's I've finally found a way to to be able to kick a habit that had continually kicked my ... for 17 years. That alone has been worth the $$, time, and energy spent. I hope you find what your looking for to mrjayd!

4 hrs in. as expected no throat hit on the juice, so far nothing. not anxious, actually no stress so far. pretty bored. the PV seems to be feeding the hand to mouth addiction as usual. give another update in 4 hrs.

I'm at 6-8mg, but have never been satisfied with 0. Two guys that I know that made a rapid progression to zero in a couple of months both ended up smoking again, so it scares me a little. on the other hand, a coworker buys juice for his aunt and uncle and lowered them to 0 without telling them about a year ago. They still chain vape and have not gone back to heavy smoking habits.

See this doesn't make sense to me, why can't they just go back to higher nic levels instead of smoking again? If it's an issue of shipping time then at least hide a nic bottle or give it to a friend to keep incase of anything. :glare:
