Anyone else have problems with "flawless vape shop"?

this company is so flawed. I ordered the tug v2 with matching comp cap and received the tugbox. I have made many complaints and tried to contact them any way possible but have received zero responses.

I have a tugboat v2 from the flawless shop. And a steam stack top cap, and a kennedy gremlin cap for my Kennedy. These were separate orders and I haven't had issue with them yet. It is Sunday. I would contact them during the work week.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I don't have experience with that particular vendor, but most are willing to work with you when a problem arises. That are in business to make money and I'm sure they want repeat business.
