So I recently bought a steam stack for my tugboat atty and it comes off extremely easily. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or had a fix for it.

Can you try adding some dental floss or maybe even plumber's tape around the o-ring area, that what a lot people do when their atty, drip tip are kinda loose.
BTW, did yours go with the Tugboat logo on it, one of the reviews on vendor's site stated theirs was plain and no logo.

Sounds like you may need slightly thicker o-rings, that should solve the problem.

I don't have a tugboat, but definitely sounds like a o-ring problem. Could try searching online for something or I know home depot (or any number of other stores) sells lots of different types of o-rings.
WD-40 will expand the rubber if soaked overnight.
Just clean it extremely well afterwards.
