Anyone else having issues with tanks/caps being too loose on Carto Hybrid?

Having issues on my 350 carto hybrid whereby the stock tank as well as mini tanks are way too loose.

From Zen's FAQ at HOH I see the following info:
For both the standard and mini Zenesis, the tank o rings are 5/8" OD 1/2" ID x 1/16" and the cap o ring is 3/4" OD 5/8" ID x 1/16"

Is this what we're using here or some other size?

The tank sizes are the same. You may just need to swap out the o rings, but for what it is worth, the top cap is too tight on mine and it cracked my tank. Maybe you have too much juice on the o-rings?

Yeah you always want your o-rings to be dry as possible.

No problems here with that, Hope you get it worked out..I always overlook the obvious...lol

** I always make sure they is a very little water on the orings as to help minimize too much force and crack the tank...IMO

I bought just a cart tank to add to my 18650 , and think the tank is to loose also, with the other Zen's I just wet the oring with water and it makes the cap fit very tight, nothing that I do to the tank makes it fit tight. And have not got the carto to work to my satisfaction as of yet

yeah i noticed this as well but with the stainless tank. I took Hot rods advice and put a couple wraps of unflavored floss in the oring cavity and then slipped the oring over. worked for a while but when i went to change the juice i could see that the floss absorbed some of the juice and kind of started to fray. so its only really a temp fix. would like to just find a thicker gauge oring with the same diameter. that should solve it without having to put any foreign items in there to remedy.

so i did a little research and i want to try 1/2"ID X 5/8"OD X 1/8"CS o rings on the tank to see if a thicker cross section offers a snugger fit. thing is they dont exist lol. am i wasting money to see if 1/2"ID X 3/4"OD X 1/8"CS will fit? im assuming the ID needs to stay 1/2''.

any help?

Without really knowing what's going on with yours, I suggest perhaps buying another pair of orings from ENS. It could be that orings were stretched too much when everything was assembled. Do you have any other Zen that you could try them on to see if that is the case?

i dont unfortunately, the orings that came with it are fine, i just feel they may be a tad too thin so i was just trying to go up in measuremeant for the cross section or width, while maintaining the same inner and out diameter
