Anyone else having post issues

Hi guys I live in uk and ordered things from here for the first time. NOT HAPPY! I ordered on the 22nd of Feb and still nothing, it is now April. I appreciate Chinese New year was in the middle of my order and have made exceptions for that but come on guys 40+ days is madness right? Any suggestions

China airmail is very slow sometimes.
We do suggest you to choose EMS or DHL next time.

Yes chose china airmail thats why I have left it so long before saying anything. I don't understand why I received the other parcel from a different Chinese company who used the same shipping method with roughly the same contents in the package and it arrived in 10 days. Anyway have requested a refund. I have read nothing but praise about HC thats why I ordered here. Guess im just one of the unlucky few.

try to contact your post office. its not normal. my items arrived in 10 - 12 days only using china airmail

We are very sorry that China airmail works well sometimes, but works bad sometimes.

Your order may be stuck somewhere. could you click help desk and submit a ticket, so we can look into it?

Hi G3mma..i think it is the norm with China airmail service..i shopped at ebay ,postage free..quickest was 2 weeks...but some i waited over a month be4 it finally gets to me..so be patience..China Airmail service will get to U eventually..i am still waiting for items i ordered thro ebay with free postage..from 9th march and still has not arrive and i am from Malaysia,China only a few hours flight away..unlike UK 12 hrs as the crow flies..Healthcabin is the best forum supplier i used..great customer service & fast in dispatching with tracker no and U are in the mercy of DHL(less than 5 days),EMS(within 1 week) or China Air(at least 2 weeks or more) service to deliver & custom clearance;(..regards mafig

Ok so now since the 22nd feb I have only just been told that my items have returned back to health cabin as china mail don't ship liquid or battery's. Nice to be told to late! So now I have to either pay extra to ship it back EMS (for the inconvenience I think they should have paid it) and I would have known for next time but no they wouldn't do that. So I requested a refund to which they replied we cant deal with that for 4 days as we are on holiday!!! Have I not been waiting enough. Let me no if im being unreasonable, I think not
