Anyone else having trouble with ExhalevaporS?

I order from them over a week ago and still no items. From all the reviews I have read they are ok but seriously before ordering I emailed them and received a reply back in less than an hour. Now nothing. I have emailed 3 times and still says my items haven't shipped over a week later.
