Can anyone comment on how the sealed autos compare to open design. I'd think it would be tighter draw like sucking thru straw. And can you still order open autos in 78mm?

Mine came sealed, but the draw was not bad at all. I ordered mine a few weeks ago, so they might be out of the unsealed types. I'd check with JB just to make sure if those are the types you want.
I know you didn't ask, but the manuals work great. I have set of both kinds and prefer the manual to the auto. Don't get me wrong, the autos work like a charm too, but I like the manuals because they give you a bit more control and they are less prone to getting damaged from leaky carts.

Tightness of draw is relative. I like my halo sealed batts but they'll never be my favorite for various reasons, one of them being the tight draw.
Aren't the manuals sealed also? so theoretically they should have the same draw? I might order one of each just to experiment.
I'm curious to know what your fave set up is. Cant decide between Halo and Bloog or Volt.
