I would totally go this year, but it's right after I get back from a short vacation, and I know I'll have tons to catch up on.

not anymore though.....we just couldn't find the time to pay attention to them with the other animals in the house.....dogs, cats, kids.

Hi QueenInNC, I live locally so wouldn't be needing a room. Is there a way to register and/or donate towards the meeting room?

ETA: I will probably just be going Saturday and coming from the Dulles Airport area if anyone needs a ride on Saturday from Dulles.

Yes! I have taken donations from two suppliers. We will gladly take donations from any of you that are not booking a room!! You can PM me for the info. Thanks!!

The room is $450 and right now, I have $100 towards the cost. If we book 25 rooms the meeting room is free. However, we are 9 rooms short with one week to go. There are other expenses involved also. Name tags, snacks, signs....
