Anyone had any success getting a refund from www.smartsmoker.co.uk?

Purchased the e mini bumper pack the other day but its not vaping well and you have to proper suck on it to get even the slightest amount of nicotene, you just dont feel relaxed when smoking it even though relaxing is the whole point in smoking...

Anyway i want to refund it but i have already opened one of the packs of cartridges and have already used it. Im just wondering if anyone else had similar problems and if they had any success in getting a refund?

I did make a thread a few days ago explaining in detail about my issues with it not vaping properly etc; but thought i would make this to get some feedback on people who have actually used this service.

I will be sure to go to liberty flights next time

Well I haven't used them but they're return policy says they only refund on unused items, you could email them and see what they say.

yeh i noticed that, im waiting for a new atomizer from them and will see if that works as i think this one is faulty, if it still doesnt work then i will email or phone them then .

just a quick update, the new atomizer seems to be working well with it now, not the best ecig but its ok for my first i guess. Will get something better maybe in a few months

I recomend the Riva 510 or the eGo they are great.
