What I thought was funny is I recently had a few people who saw me vaping tell me that they read that E-Cigarettes don't work...meaning that they don't actually deliver any nicotine.
Oh, I could hardly keep myself from laughing at that. See, I was a very heavy smoker (40+ analogs a day for the last 4-5 years....rising amounts for 5 years prior to that). When I first started vaping I thought "I'm a heavy smoker. I need AT LEAST 24mg but probably 36mg." I got one bottle of each. I started with the 36mg and holy cow....I don't think I've caught a nicotine buzz like that since I was in high school. It was insane. I used the 36mg only sparingly and never used it up. I decided 24 was much closer to where I needed to be. As I've begun moving more towards vaping than analogs, I have realized that 24 is too potent. I have two partially used bottles of 24 left and I can say without a doubt I will be going with 18mg from now on.
I think getting the nicotine level correct is an important part in ditching analogs. When I only had 24 or 36, I had to go with Analogs for part of the night or I would end up feeling kind of terrible. Headache, jitters, etc. Now that I am primarily on 18, I can vape all day and all night without feeling buzzed.
