Anyone have the Smok Pyrex DCTs?

I just purchased one of the SMOKTech Pyrex DCTanks

I've been looking to add a glass gadget, and I'd wanted to try a tank... kills two birds with one stone.

Anyone have one of these? How is it?

Yep I grabbed 2 of them & some Boge cartos... I wanted to give cartos a shot.
Not real impressed. They work just fine and are a rather cheap way to try cartos. Some mods will cause the carto to pull out a little if the tank hits first.
They don't hold the carto very tight, so heaver mods can cause the carto to slide right out if you pick it up by the tank.
Guess I'm just a RBA kinda guy. LOL!
But really, for the price... you can't go wrong.

Have 2.. they seem to be picky on the cartos, otherwise, no better, no worse than any other Smok DCT that I have.

I got one because I wanted a glass tank and to try cartos as well. I'm finding cartos kinda frustrating, I prefer my pro tank and tatroe tank. But when the carto works it's nice

I use my two all the time. The Boges don't fit as well as the Smok cartos do, but work fine.
Those o-rings can sure get chewed up though if you don't have a tank tool.

There are two types, one is more of a funnel type with fill holes. You lift the tank up the carto a little so the hole is inside the tank. These make filling easy, but dont protect the orings.

The other type is called either a "Slap yo momma" or "Who's your daddy" tank tool. Valley View Vapes has one called the Triple V Tank Tool. You can refill with these, swap cartos on a full tank (if you're flangeless), or just use it to align the carto with the tank, saving the o-rings.
Big Daddy Vapor has a similar one and has fine service. I just can't link to it right now.

Ya, I kinda have that gripe as well, tho I suspect it could easily be remedied with thicker o-rings

Yeah... After using for a day, the cart does slide really easy... seems right enough to make a seal, but that's about it.

Is there a way to replace the o-rings? This might be a fatal flaw... the rings must compress a bit over time from use, and I'd that happens, I'll have a drip well full of juice.

What are some good, harsh juice safe tanks?

I have three working just fine. No slipping. I use the pawn shaped drip tips that are fat at the base. Also, I never pick it up by the tank anyway.
