Anyone have thoughts on the new second petition on Change.org?

I have noticed the second petition created by an ECF member on change.org hasn't gotten much support. Is it too soon or overkill? Are fellow vapers petitioned out right now? I have signed as I will support those on our forum who make an effort to fight for our cause.
