I was wondering how everyone was holding up?
Thanks for the update, didn't see the ongoing posts in the other thread.
Very cool Clark. I hate moving so I'm glad to hear that it went pretty seamless.
So you have more room to play?
I can say with absolute certainly that the quality and consistency of the product will be dramatically increased.
All I got from that was "blah, blah, blah .......50,000 prefilled bottles" ....... blah, blah, blahMuch more - hopefully enough space to store about 50,000 pre-filled bottles. The process is changing entirely - at present bottles are filled in a clean environment "on demand" - going forward, bottles will be pre-filled in a clean environment, sealed, and then stored in a warehouse environment. Different process with an entirely different set of challenges. It should make order fulfillment much faster - and I can say with absolute certainly that the quality and consistency of the product will be dramatically increased.
Actual expiration dates on the bottle that reflects 1 year post-dated from the date of mix (not just the date it was dispensed from the bulk liquid) will give you a better idea of steep time.
No more faded labels!
Bigger batches (minimum of 5 gallons for every flavor) means that consistency will be as high or higher than 99.9% of the vendors in the market place.
I've wanted to do this for a loooooong time, but I've never had the space!

Surely the angles will be singing overhead.

Surely the angels will be singing overhead.

Ha-ha! A true 'Nannyism'![]()
Well, that would just be mean.Clark is playing with fire now. I can't wait to see what happens when he's got 50,000 prefilled bottles and no ACB.
Think you just need to negotiate this:

Well, I think Nanny needs to go in through the roof and abseil down - she'll need a large backpack to put the bottles in though, and will need to make many trips!I think I saw something like that in a Resident Evil movie, it didn't turn out so well for them.![]()
