If so how long did it take you to get your order? I ordered my first e-cig from them on the 5th and the tracking info showed it released by US customs on the tenth and nothing after that. For the last two days the shippers website only gives me an error when I try to track the shipment. How would I know if the FDA grabbed it?

I don't think your order has been grabbed by FDA. You said that the tracking info showed it released by US Customs and I think that's where it would have been grabbed by FDA. What I think you are more then likely experiencing, is the delay caused by Monday being Columbus day. I know many people (including myself) who have orders that seem to be taking longer to receive than normal. I had an order shipped to me last Friday the 8th. from a vender here in the USA that I usually receive shipments from in 2 days. That should have put my order here on Saturday. But Saturday has come and gone, as well as Monday and Tuesday. Today being Wednesday and still no package, this order is now 2 days late (from typical shipment time) even when I take into consideration the post office being closed on Monday. So I think this whole Columbus day is the real culprit here. Seems to me the post office, knowing that Monday was a legal holiday or national holiday, decided to stop doing anything last Friday.
As far as shipments from Greenhouseone, I've ordered from them before and had excellent service and delivery, especially considering it's coming all the way from China. Orders placed are typically shipped within 24 hours, and from the time of shipment in China, to me in Wisconsin, was only 5 days. Some U.S. vendors can't even duplicate that. LOL.

Sometimes there is also 2 tracking numbers one for EMS and another from USPS. Try entering the EMS tracking number on the USPS website.
I have placed several orders with GreenHouse One, and received excellent service. Shipping to to me in CA generally averaged between 6 and 10 days.
That worked! Thank you! and to top it off it is out for delivery so it should be waiting for me when I get home. Hopefully this will mean then end of analogs in the very near future!

I don't mean to disappoint but the PO just left a pick-up slip for my GH1 order and I had to go get it. Not sure if that's the norm as I've only ordered from them once. I'm happy with the items I got from them though.
Yep, they did the same thing to me. I went to Redeliver redirect page and told them to deliver it tomorrow and leave it on the porch. My porch is well hidden and I've never had an issue with anything being left there. So I'll wait another day. No big deal.
