Anyone interested in starting a Vaper's E-Liquid Taste Testing Club?

So, here's the idea. It is sort of like a book club, but instead of gathering together to discuss the book of the month, we gather together to discuss the e-liquids of the month.

I'm thinking it would go something like this:

Start a thread, specifically for the Vaper's e-liquid Taste Testing Club.

Everyone who is a member can vote on which e-liquids we try for that month.....and we select maybe say, 5-6 e-liquids to try for that month.

Whoever decides to participate can choose to order/vape anywhere from ONE to ALL of the e-liquids for that month.

You come into the thread, and discuss the liquid(s) of that month that you choose to vape!


What do you guys think?

I think it'd be a neat little thing to try.

Yeah that'd be awesome! But--who's juices are we talking about vaping here? Vendors or brand new DIYers? Makes a huge difference.

If that's the case It might be cool to pick a vendor that does small sampler packs and assign certain flavors from there for review.

Lol. Ironically I just ordered a sampler pack from them. I also put in my Alice and Vapeland order today.

I was trying to explain that part in the original post, I probably didn't do a good job though, hehe.

Basically, everyone who wishes to participate, will get to VOTE for which flavors they would like to nominate for that month. The only rules would be it can't be a flavor/vendor combo we previously did!

It would be vendor juices, unless someone who makes DIY would like to send out samples to everyone who wants to participate, lol!

Yea, I definitely meant a club for trying out vendor juices, and reviewing them, not for trying out recipes, although that would be a cool idea for another thread!

That's a great idea, better yet, an ejuice exchange. The problem with a tasters panel is that taste is so subjective. I've bought several different bottles of juice that I thought were total sewage, but I'm sure the vendors thought they were at least pretty good. The weird thing is I'll eat (and like) just about anything, but e liquid-wise I'm very picky. Add to that that the first diy flavor I bought was (|I felt) way too strong. Even after I diluted it down to a level I felt to be more palatable, it still reminded me of that hideous flavor I experienced with the first try and I'm afraid that "black cigar" flavors may be ruined for me for quite some time.

Maybe starting with a small handful of people would be easier to keep track of. There's going to have to be some kind of moderation in choosing the vendor and flavors, as just leaving it up to open vote for "whatever" will get nowhere. There's literally a Bajillion juices out there. I say Supermarket, you recommend a vendor that offers sample sizes, as this seems the most economical for most folks, and choose a Fruit, Tobacco and Bakery selection for the first month. Anyone in this thread can participate in a review of those flavors for the remainder of the month of march. Then come the end of the month we do some kind of random selection to choose the next member to recommend a vendor and selections. Whudda ya'll think?
