Anyone know DIY recipe to Ruby Crew - Blue Slushie? Or even a eliquid very similar without a cooling agent that is sold within Canadian boarders? Thanks!

I think I'm gonna give that a try and not bother with WS-23 because I'm not a fan of cooling agents in eliquid. Thanks for the link!
If you make the recipe I posted, try leaving out the Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy. You might really like it but to me, it starts to overpower the other flavors after vaping a tank or two. Koolada could easily be subbed for the WS-23. I wouldn't leave it out but you might find that at .5% it is just refreshing without being super icy. Koolada at .5% will be much more subtle than WS-23 at 1%.
