Anyone know if Tone's flavoring is safe?

Recently bought a few Tone's imitation flavors from Wal-Mart. I noticed that they had pretty much the exact same ingredients as the typical Lorann's stuff (that IS safe), except I'm guessing they aren't as strong.

Cherry - water, alcohol, artificial flavors, red 40 and blue 1

Strawberry - water, alcohol, artificial flavor, red 40, blue 2

Banana - water, propylene glycol, artificial flavor, yellow 5

Anyone have any opinions on whether or not any of the above 3 Tone's flavorings are safe to vape? How about Tone's stuff in general?

Thanks for your input lordmage. Can anyone else chime in here? So my banana would be generally considered "safe" by most everyone here?
