I think resident Reonaut @super_X_drifter has some nice coiling videos. Even if you're not into Reos, there should be plenty of clever stuff to pick up from his guides.

Basic Coiling I'd go with GrimmGreen on YT, just basic down and dirty coil making on a couple of his videos.
Another for @super_X_drifter if you are looking for just basics
A little controversial but he has some earlier videos that are good building tutorials would be RipTrippers on YT as well, annoying as heck but he gets down the nitty gritty of more exotic coils

I Googled 'how to build coils youtube' and this was the results page. As you can see there is a ton of info on this topic out there.

The problem with trying to guide you to any one or a few videos is that we only know you want to build coils for drippers. The thing is drippers can be run from 6 to 200 watts. They can be set up for flavor, vapor production or more likely some combination of the two. The dripper you build for will also have limitations to how low or high you can go with the watts and how much of both flavor and vapor you can get out of it. Mechanical mods restrict your coil designs more than regulated mods do.
