Ok thanks! Just made my own twisted Kenthal. Don't know why but the flavor seems to be a bit lost compared to the chip coil on the Tornado nano. Any thoughts.

What ohm, what gauge, what wattage? I've had good results with twisted.
Usually I'm at 5 wraps or so, 0.6 ohm, 28-30 watt. Try plugging your settings at steam-engine.org.

26AWG. 0.31 ohms. 35 to 40 watts.
I have a Kanger Subox and the juice tastes nicer on that.
Any thoughts welcome.

Re-wicked twice. Too much cotton the first time. Then too little on re-wick, thank flooded and leaked. Again made it perfect. Back to normal. I'm

I did a twisted SS and got different ohms on the coils not sure why, 7 wraps on both side and reading is 0.26 right and 0.24 left... And my tank is always leaking when I refill, even when I close the juice holes.
Not sure why the different ohms. But the leaking could be too much cotton as it was in my case if it was leaking from the airflow holes.

0.02Ω difference is fine. Your mod will read the combined resistance.
I reckon it's too little wick. But if it's leaking that badly... you should check the washers too.
I can fire it in power mode but the moment I go into temp control it shows me the ohm difference. I only can fire it when I lock the ohms...
The leack is from the air holes, I think I had too much cotton, I tried it now with a bit less and see how it works....
