Anyone miss analogs ??? Not like actually going to back to smoking. But the sensation,a memory of time and place ... where you had a perfect smoke break ...

I miss the sensation but I cant stand the flavor anymore... I miss the simplicity of it ... Lite, inhale, exhale...
I think about going back but I cant get over the flavor and the smell ...

I've been vaping for like 80+ days and I feel like I'm slipping still ... I feel like trying out cigarettes again but cant get over it... Something is missing, kinda like missing a ex-girlfriend when all you remember is the good times and not the bad ones...

Anyone else feel me ??? Understand what I'm saying ????

Im on day 4 of no ciggs just vapor and i had a few puffs of one the other day and i expected the huge nicotine throat hit and head buzz and everything then i puffed it........WOW it felt like CRAP...The smell still makes me crave one but when i've actually had some of one i just realized i really didn't need it....It wasn't doing much of anything for me....

I certainly get it, but then I'm one of those who never completely quit smoking. I have less than 6 a day, but I never really had a strong enough urge to quit.

I tried one 2 weeks after quitting. It reminded me of the first time I smoked a cigarette. Tasted like burning leaves and filled my mouth with that nasty taste. Had to go wash my mouth out! It's amazing how fast your taste buds can recover. I don't miss my fingers smelling like cigarette all day… that's for sure!

That's what I call the "addiction voice" - it's whispering sweet nothings in your ear trying to pull you back. I've quit and restarted because of that voice before. When "remember how much you liked it?" didn't work it whispered "Smoking was vile. Why don't you just try one to see what you ever saw in it..." Within a week I was back to a pack a day.

Honestly, I don't miss it, but I've got some higher nic juice hanging around for when I hear that tell-tale whisper.

Mines never was the nicotine... I think mine was the clouds of smoke and the sensation of a bunch of smoke coming out of your mouth. I need to get my cartos working in my AVS and AFSv2 working again ...

I found peppermint... Yes the taste of a good cigar still gets me... especially with a good glass of cognac ( cant wait till I'm on vacation in the island again... which is the only time I drink)

passed by my fridge and noticed that my last pack a month ago was still lying on top. Peeked on it and found 2 sticks still there... thought for a while and then... naaaaahhhh.... I've sacrificed a lot and i'm not going back there again.

I'm surprised you're having trouble with the "whole of it" given the equipment you've purchased - I'm just on an eGo & direct dripping (mostly) freedomsmokeusa juices and have been thrilled with the effect. It feels and looks like smoke, but thank the gods, doesn't smell like it.

I'm waitting to go back to the casino...lol Seemed like everytime I was on a slot machine...I would already have a .... going, someone would sit down on the machine next to me and start the old cough cough and waving there hands....I want to vape and vape and have some one try that with the vapor in the air. Might even venture to the non smoking area muwahahahhahah.....

I quit analogs 7/1/10. There have been very few times I get all reminiscent about it. I was in my workshop the other day cleaning up and found an ashtray with a couple butts. I remember thinking how when I quit before this would send me into a thinking process about analogs for hours, a big battle to quit thinking about how I would just like to smoke even one of those butts. This time, I just took the ashtray, threw out the butts, and began thinking about another use for the ashtray. It's like getting over a boyfriend. I'm just not that into them anymore .

I had this problem a little bit in the mornings for the first week.

I think it was the simplicity of cigarettes compared to filling cartridges and getting them to work right.
It just wasn't something I wanted to deal with first thing in the morning.

I fixed that by moving to dripping.
A few drops of juice gives me a similar ritual to perform.
And I know it is going to work every time without any messing around.

I've found myself missing it sometimes, mostly the ease of it... that and taking short drags.

On the opposite side, I love being able to just take a puff or two and put it down, with analogs I always felt I HAD to smoke the whole thing or I was wasting money.
